Q: Can I place my order by telephone?
A:Unforntunately, you can only place orders online at this time. If you are having technical difficulties, you can call our customer service line at 1-877-383-0009 or 1-859-468-0127

Q: How will I know if my order has been placed?
A: You will receive a verification E-mail to the e-mail address provided.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, ATM/Debit Cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo, Moneygram

Q: How much is my shipping?
A: Your shipping cost will be based on the umber of products in your shopping cart. The total will be calculated on your checkout. Orders outside the United states may be subject to additional border fees, tariffs, excise taxes and import charges. These charges are placed by the destination country and are outside the control of our company.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: Regular shipping through USPS, UPS Ground or Overnight shipping through UPS. International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees. If you are placing an overnight order please call in and order for the appropriate price. Orders placed from 9am-4:30 pm EST M-F will be send out same business day. Orders placed after 4:30 pm EST, on weekends or holidays, will be sent out the next business day.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are processed M-F. Regular shipping through post office is 7-10 business days. Overnight orders will be received the next business day as long as it is placed by 4:30 EST.

Q: Can I ship my order anywhere?
A: No, for security purposes, the merchandise will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit cards.

Q:Why does my bank statement show two transactions? I only placed one order.
A: If the address you provided us with does not match the address on the Credit Card, your card will be declined, but a hold will be put onto your account for the amount of your purchase. This is a function of the processing bank. Funds will be released within a few business days.

Q: Can I change my order after I have submitted it?
A: Yes and No. Orders are received as soon as you place them M-F 9am-4:30pm EST. If your order has not been charged or shipped, you may call customer service to change your order. If merchandise has already been charged to your card, or order has already shipped, you may not make changes to it.

Q: When will my Credit Card be charged?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been received by our shipping department.

Q: I ordered the wrong size T-Shirt. Can I return or exchange it?
A: No, unfortunetely you may not return clothing items due to health issues.

Q: My merchandise was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
A: You will need to ship the merchandise back to us at:

Please place a letter in the package stating the problem. We will ship back the same item within three business day at no charge.

Q: I live outside the United States and Canada, can I still order?
A: Yes, you can. You will need to send an e-mail to us at service@akatommychongstore.com with your order, address, and contact information. We will process your order and contact you with charges and to arrange payment.
